This Privacy Policy explains what information PlantPure Kitchen — a program operated by PlantPure, Inc. — collects through our website and the PlantPure Immersion program, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because we collect very little.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, primarily through our sign-up form:

Your name
Your email address (optional)
Your mobile phone number (optional)
Your household size (optional), so we can size your recipes and shopping lists

If you save recipes or meal plans in the app, that content is stored to your own account so it syncs across your devices.

How we use your information

To run the PlantPure Immersion — sending you your program materials and occasional reminders about program dates and logistics.
To personalize your recipes and shopping lists to your household size.
If you opt in, to send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages on our sign-up form (a separate, optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox), you may receive text messages about the program (for example, a link to your materials or a reminder). Message frequency varies and is low — typically only a few messages per program cycle. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Providing a mobile number is optional and is never a condition of participation.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information (including your phone number) and SMS/text-messaging consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use a small number of trusted service providers solely to operate the program — for example, our secure database, our email delivery, and our text-message delivery providers. They process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. No mobile opt-in data is shared with them for marketing.

How we store and protect it

Your information is stored in a secure database with access restricted to the program's organizers. We keep it only as long as needed to run the program and our communications with you.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
Everything else: contact us anytime to update or remove your information.
